This Nominee Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Cosmos Events (the “Organizer”) and the Nominee in connection with the Corporate Happiness to be held on 20th & 21st of February 2024 at venue: InterContinental Durrat Al Riyadh Resort & Spa. 

Obligations of the Nominee: 

• The Nominee agrees to attend the Awards ceremony on the specified date and time. 
• The Nominee acknowledges that if selected as the winner in the nominated category, they will be required to accept the award publicly. 
• The Nominee agrees to participate in any promotional activities related to the Awards, which may include interviews, photographs, or videos for marketing and publicity purposes.
• The Nominee acknowledges that failure to fulfill these obligations may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the award.
• The Nominee grants permission to The Organizer to use the attendee’s company logo (“Logo”) for promotional and marketing purposes related to The Corporate Happiness Awards. This includes but not limited to, the display of the logo on the event materials, websites, social media channels. The Organizer will exercise reasonable care in the use and display of the logo

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

The nominee agrees to comply with all applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and policies during their participation in the Corporate Happiness Awards. The nominee shall conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, upholding the reputation and integrity of the event.

Confidentiality:

The Nominee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared by the Company regarding the Awards process, nominees, or any other related information. The Nominee shall not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
