Confirmation of attendance:

The Organizer is pleased to confirm the attendance of the attendee at the Corporate Happiness Awards.

Use of the attendee’s company Logo:

The attendee grants permission to The Organizer to use the attendee’s company logo (“Logo”) for promotional and marketing purposes related to The Corporate Happiness Awards. This includes but is not limited to, the display of the logo on the event materials, websites, and social media channels. The Organizer will exercise reasonable care in the use and display of the logo.  

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

The Attendee agrees to comply with all applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and policies during their participation in the Corporate Happiness Awards. The Attendee shall conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, upholding the reputation and integrity of the event

Photography and Videography: 

The Attendee acknowledges and consents to the Organizer’s right to capture photographs, videos, or other media during the Corporate Happiness Awards, which may include the Attendee’s likeness or participation. 

Invitations:  

The attendee shall be entitled to receive two invitations to the following:

• All the sessions, workshops, and panels on the 17and 18 January 2024
• 4 coffee breaks and two business lunches.  

Limitation of Liability:

The Attendee acknowledges that participation in the Corporate Happiness Awards is voluntary and at their own risk. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by the Attendee during the event.

Confidentiality: 

The Attendee agrees to treat any confidential information received during the Corporate Happiness Awards as confidential and shall not disclose or use such information for any purpose without the prior written consent of the Organizer.

Governing Law & Disputes:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
