Day 1: Setting the Foundation (60 minutes)

Module 1: Our Goals & Your Goals (1 hour)

  • Objective 1.1: Align participants’ personal and organizational goals with happiness.
  • Objective 1.2: Introduce the concept of the “Happiness Advantage” and its impact on business success.
  • Objective 1.3: Facilitate self-reflection through the “I” Activity to understand personal happiness drivers.
  • Objective 1.4: Establish a shared understanding of a culture pact and its importance.
  • Objective 1.5: Develop a business case for happiness initiatives and define Happiness ROI.

Module 2: Happiness By Design (2 hour)

  • Objective 2.1: Outline the key components of a happiness-driven culture.
  • Objective 2.2: Define and explore the concept of a culture vision.
  • Objective 2.3: Identify key “Needle Movers” – levers that can significantly impact happiness within the organization.
  • Objective 2.4: Introduce the TAP framework for aligning mission and culture.
  • Objective 2.5: Encourage creative thinking to “Create Some New Space” for innovative happiness initiatives.

Module 3: Define and Inspire (1 hour)

  • Objective 3.1: Highlight the importance of clear and inspiring organizational values.
  • Objective 3.2: Equip participants with effective methods for defining and communicating core values.
  • Objective 3.3: Develop strategies for embedding values into everyday practices throughout the organization.

Day 2: Building the Compass (3.5 hrs – 90 Min each Module)

Module 1: Your Culture North-Star (1 hour 30 minutes)

  • Objective 4.1: Encourage reflection on leadership styles and their impact on culture.
  • Objective 4.2: Identify leaders participants admire and analyze their leadership qualities.
  • Objective 4.3: Align to the 3P Happiness Growth Matrix

Module 2: Me Values & We Values (1 hours 30 minutes)

  • Objective 5.1: Guide participants through a process of identifying their personal core values (“Me Values”).
  • Objective 5.2: Facilitate a collaborative exercise to establish shared team (“We Values”).
  • Objective 5.3: Develop strategies for aligning personal values with the organization’s values.

Day 3 : Putting it into Action (2 hrs – 60 minutes each module)

Module 1: Culture Being Values (1 hour)

  • Objective 6.1: Shift focus from “having” values to “being” values.
  • Objective 6.2: Explore practical tools and strategies for integrating values into daily operations.
  • Objective 6.3: Develop an action plan for implementing happiness initiatives within their teams.

Module 2: Wrap-Up & Next Steps (1 hour)

  • Objective 7.1: Review key learnings and takeaways from the 3-day program.
  • Objective 7.2: Develop a plan for continued learning and culture improvement efforts.
